I'm not receiving mail on my website?

You may have not created all the DNS records needed to properly host your website on our cPanel website services. Usually, whenever someone sends you an email to your domain, it looks for an MX record and sends the email to wherever that MX record points too. Below is an article on how to fix it.

Step 1

Login to Cloudflare then select your domain name on the list.



Step 2

On the top of the screen, select the DNS button.



Step 3

Select + Add record.



On the dropdown select the MX option.



In the Name box, type in @ for the value, for the Mail server, set it as webnode.aquatis.host, finally set the priority as 0 then select the blue save button.

It may take up to 1 hour for your new email to start receiving emails.
